Barbara Lubaczewska
Primary teacher for 20 years in England, the Middle East and Europe. School leadership roles include: Deputy Headteacher, Senior teacher, Head of Primary and Director of schools. Other educational roles include Teacher Recruitment consultant for the Government Teacher Training Agency (TTA) in London and child and young person’s telephone counsellor for the UK support agency ChildLine.
David Johnson
David Johnson recently retired after 5 years as Headmaster of King's College, Madrid. Previously he was Head of a large secondary school in Northamptonshire for 12 years and Deputy Head in two schools in Oxfordshire. In a teaching career which began in 1973 David taught French and English and served as Chief Examiner for the London based Edexcel examination board. He is now undertaking freelance work with student teachers in UK curriculum schools in Europe and inspections on behalf of the Council of British International Schools (COBIS) and the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). He is married with two grown up children who live and work in London.

Karen Ardley Associates are partners with Edge Hill University and the National College for School Leadership, two high profile organisations shaping teachers' professional development in England. Karen's role with Park Lane includes ensuring the Senior Team are well informed about global educational developments and providing highest quality professional development for all staff.
