I originally come from Wisconsin and bring a unique teaching background to Park Lane International School. I spent a few summers working as a camp counselor at a Girl Scout camp in northern Wisconsin where I taught camping, water sports and horseback riding. I spent winters as a snowboard instructor. After spending some time in Colorado I wanted a new adventure and that’s what brought me to Prague. I took a TEFL course and planned to stay for six months. So, naturally I am entering my ninth year here. I spent my teaching time traveling to surrounding preschools and worked for private preschools as well. I was lucky enough to find a horse farm near Unetice where I spent a couple years teaching horseback riding once more. I believe learning should be an adventure. I plan to make this year entertaining, engaging and help the children find passion for learning.
